Trust Administration
At Andrew Nestor III, Attorney at Law, we assist the trustees during the administration of living trust documents. Usually, we work for a family member who has been designated as the trustee. In trust administration we supervise the payment of debts and taxes, then distribute the remaining assets among the beneficiaries. 

Probate
If there is no legal document recording the wishes of the decedent or if the will or trust is contested, the estate is administered by a state probate court. If necessary, we seek appointment by the state to oversee the administration of the estate.
