Going the extra mile for our clients
Wills • Trusts • Estate Administration
The Oklahoma law offices of Andrew Nestor III, Attorney at Law, helps people prepare the administration of their estates and record their final wishes. We also assist family members and other estate representatives in the execution of wills, trusts, and healthcare directives.
Simply put, estate planning is the recording of your final wishes into legally enforceable documents. Our estate planning lawyer helps people arrange financial instructions and other end of life directives. We explain the various legal tools available, then draft the documents that will record our clients' plans.
- Living wills
- Durable power of attorney
- Living trusts
- Advanced healthcare directives
With a properly prepared will or trust, your wishes will be recorded clearly. They will also be legally enforceable and comply with the wishes of our clients.
Do you have a living will?
Does your family know how you feel about the use of feeding tubes
and other life support devices.
At Andrew Nestor III, Attorney at Law, our probate lawyer represents anyone with an interest in the administration of an estate:
- Children of the recently deceased
- Spouses who have been excluded from the will
- Relatives in multi-marriage, multiple family estates
At Andrew Nestor III, Attorney at Law, we assist the trustees during the administration of living trust documents. Usually, we work for a family member who has been designated as the trustee. In trust administration we supervise the payment of debts and taxes, then distribute the remaining assets among the beneficiaries.
If there is no legal document recording the wishes of the decedent or if the will or trust is contested, the estate is administered by a state probate court. If necessary, we seek appointment by the state to oversee the administration of the estate.
